This page explains how www.mittiko.com uses cookies, browser local storage, and other similar technologies. The Website is owned and administered by Teko Trade LLP, registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

01

General provisions

1.1. This Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy (the “Cookie Policy”) explains how www.mittiko.com (the “Website”) uses cookies, browser local storage, and other similar technologies.

1.2. The owner and administrator of the Website is: Teko Trade LLP, Kazakhstan Business Identification Number (BIN): 210440003283, Registered address: Building 28, Koktal Street, Saryarka District, Astana, 010000, Republic of Kazakhstan, Email: mittiko.jp@gmail.com. Teko Trade LLP is hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.

1.4. The Website is provided for informational purposes and does not use cookies for order placement, payment processing, personal user accounts, or promotional email campaigns.

1.5. The Company does not use its own analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies.

02

What cookies and similar technologies are

2.1. A cookie is a small text file that a website or third-party service stores in a user's browser when the user visits a webpage.

2.2. Cookies may be used to: enable the operation of a website; protect forms and user requests; save preferences; maintain a session; remember a user's choices; obtain technical information about the use of a service.

2.3. Browser local storage, or localStorage, allows the Website to save limited settings directly on the user's device without automatically sending each stored value to the server whenever a page is loaded.

2.4. Similar technologies may include pixels, tags, device identifiers, embedded elements, and other methods of local storage or technical information exchange.

2.5. In this Cookie Policy, the term “storage technologies” collectively refers to cookies, localStorage, and other similar technologies.

03

Technologies used by the Website

3.1. The Website uses or may use only the following categories of technologies: strictly necessary technologies; localStorage for remembering the selected language; localStorage for remembering the user's choices regarding YouTube and Instagram; third-party cookies and technologies activated only after the user consents to loading the relevant content.

3.2. The Website does not use its own technologies for: web analytics; monitoring user behaviour for advertising purposes; creating advertising profiles; personalised advertising; retargeting; measuring advertising campaigns; transferring information to advertising networks; selling or commercially distributing user data.

04

Strictly necessary technologies

4.1. Strictly necessary technologies support the essential, secure, and stable operation of the Website.

4.2. These technologies may be used for: protecting the contact form; preventing request forgery; preventing spam and automated abuse; maintaining information security; distributing server load; maintaining technical state within a session; ensuring the availability of essential Website functions.

4.3. Strictly necessary technologies are not used by the Company for advertising or independent analysis of user behaviour.

4.4. Because certain Website functions may not operate correctly or securely without these technologies, they may be used without separate consent to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4.5. The exact technical names, providers, and durations of strictly necessary cookies depend on the final configuration of the Website and its hosting environment.

4.6. Before launching the Website, the Company must conduct a technical review of the cookies actually used and, where necessary, update this Cookie Policy with their exact names and durations.

05

Remembering the selected language

5.1. The Website is available in multiple languages.

5.2. The selected language is remembered using browser localStorage rather than a cookie.

5.3. The stored setting contains only an identifier for the selected language and is not intended to identify the user.

5.4. The setting remains stored on the user's device until: the user selects another language; the user clears the Website's data; the user deletes localStorage data through their browser settings; the Company changes the technical method used to store language preferences.

5.5. Deleting the language setting does not restrict access to the Website. The user may need to select their preferred language again.

06

YouTube and Instagram

6.1. The Website may contain embedded YouTube videos and Instagram content.

6.2. YouTube and Instagram content is not loaded directly from the relevant platform's servers until the user provides consent.

6.3. Before third-party content is loaded, the user is shown a locally stored cover image, placeholder, or notification inviting them to load the relevant content.

6.4. Third-party content is loaded only after an active action by the user.

6.5. After the user activates the content, their browser establishes a connection with Google or Meta servers.

6.6. The relevant platform may: receive the user's IP address; receive information about the user's browser, device, and operating system; receive the address of the page visited; place or read its own cookies; receive information about the user's interaction with the embedded content; associate the interaction with the user's account if the user is signed in to the relevant platform; use the information in accordance with its own policies and settings.

6.7. The Company does not determine the technical names, content, or duration of cookies placed by YouTube, Google, Instagram, or Meta.

6.8. The use of such cookies is governed by the policies of the relevant providers.

6.9. The user may refuse to load third-party content and continue using the other sections of the Website.

07

Remembering consent for third-party content

The choice to load YouTube and Instagram content is remembered in browser localStorage.

Consent remains stored for six months and can be changed at any time through Cookie Settings.

08

Cookie settings

8.1. A permanent “Cookie Settings” link is displayed in the Website footer.

8.2. Through the settings, the user may: review their current choices; allow or block YouTube; allow or block Instagram; withdraw previously provided consent; delete saved choices; access this Cookie Policy.

8.3. Withdrawal of consent applies to the subsequent loading of third-party content.

8.4. If third-party content was loaded before consent was withdrawn, information previously received by the relevant platform will continue to be processed under that platform's own terms and policies.

8.5. To remove third-party cookies completely, the user may need to clear cookies in their browser settings or use the settings provided by the relevant platform.

09

No general cookie banner

9.1. Because the Website does not use its own analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies, a general cookie banner is not displayed when a user first visits the Website.

9.2. Strictly necessary technologies are used only to operate and secure the Website.

9.3. Consent is requested directly before YouTube or Instagram content is loaded.

9.4. If the Company later introduces analytics, advertising, marketing pixels, or other non-essential technologies, an appropriate prior consent mechanism will be implemented and this Cookie Policy will be updated before those technologies are activated.

10

Managing cookies through the browser

10.1. Most browsers allow users to: view stored cookies; block all or certain cookies; delete individual cookies; delete data associated with a particular website; clear localStorage; block third-party cookies; delete stored information automatically when the browser is closed.

10.2. The method for managing cookies and local storage depends on the user's browser and device.

10.3. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may cause the contact form or other security functions to operate incorrectly.

10.4. Clearing localStorage will delete: the saved language selection; the saved YouTube consent choice; the saved Instagram consent choice.

10.5. After these settings are deleted, the Website may request the relevant choices again.

11

Information processed through storage technologies

11.1. Depending on the technology used, the following information may be processed: selected language; choices regarding third-party content; date on which consent was provided; date on which consent expires; IP address; browser and device type; operating system; date and time of the request; address of the page visited; technical identifiers and security information.

11.2. The Company seeks to limit the information processed to what is necessary for the stated purposes.

11.3. The Company does not use localStorage settings concerning language or third-party content to independently identify users.

12

Storage periods

12.1. Information about the selected language remains stored until the user changes their selection or deletes the relevant data.

12.2. Consent to load YouTube and Instagram is stored for six months.

12.3. Strictly necessary session cookies may be deleted when the session ends or the browser is closed.

12.4. The duration of other strictly necessary cookies depends on their technical purpose and the final configuration of the Website.

12.5. The storage periods of third-party cookies are determined by Google, YouTube, Meta, and Instagram in accordance with their own policies and settings.

12.6. The Company cannot independently delete cookies placed by a third-party service on the user's device. The user may delete them through their browser settings or the settings provided by the relevant service.

13

Disclosure to third parties

13.1. When only the essential functions of the Website are used, information may be processed by the hosting provider, PS Cloud Services (PS.kz), to the extent necessary to operate and secure the Website.

13.2. The primary Website infrastructure and database are located in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

13.3. When the user voluntarily loads YouTube or Instagram, technical information may be transferred to: Google and YouTube; Meta Platforms and Instagram; the technical service providers of the relevant platforms.

13.4. Such information may be processed outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.

13.5. Additional information concerning cross-border processing is provided in the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy.

14

Changes to this Cookie Policy

14.1. The Company may amend this Cookie Policy following changes to: applicable law; the technical configuration of the Website; the cookies used; localStorage mechanisms; embedded third-party services; the methods used to obtain and remember consent.

14.2. The current version will be published on the Website with its effective date.

14.3. If a new non-essential technology is introduced, the Company must update this Cookie Policy before activating it and obtain consent where required.

14.4. Users are advised to review the current version of this Cookie Policy periodically.

15

Language versions

15.1. This Cookie Policy may be published in English, Russian, Kazakh, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Arabic, and Chinese.

15.2. Translations must correspond to the approved version of this Cookie Policy.

15.3. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the language versions, the English version will prevail.
